How to request account deletion
If you use Universal Refactory and want to request deletion of your account and associated data, please contact us by email.
- Send an email from the email address associated with your account.
- Use “Account Deletion Request” as the email subject.
- Include your name and the email address or other identifier associated with your account.
- We will verify the request and process the deletion as applicable.

What data is deleted?
Where an account or associated personal data exists, applicable account information and associated personal data will be deleted from active systems, subject to information that must be retained by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

Data retention
No additional fixed retention period is specified for account deletion requests. Information required to be retained by law or necessary for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes may be retained for the period required for that purpose and then securely deleted.
